The Tsum Valley Trek is a challenging adventure, typically involving 6-7 hours of walking each day. While no prior hiking or trekking experience is necessary, any previous experience is beneficial. The trek is accessible to individuals of various backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. The primary challenge arises from altitude sickness and its potential impact on the body. To enhance your trekking experience, it is advisable to prepare physically before your trip by increasing stamina and oxygen intake.
